【摘要】 人—信息系统交互效率是企业信息化背景下企业效率的重要组成部分。通过分析人—信息系统交互效率的内涵,提出了交互效率的影响因素分析框架和人—信息系统的影响因素,并通过问卷调查的方法收集到实际数据,在数据分析的基础上识别出影响交互效率的关键性因素,构建了人—信息系统交互效率的测度模型并进行了验证性分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human-information system interactive efficiency is an important part of business efficiency in the context of enterprise information.This paper,by analyzing the contents of human-information system interactive efficiency,has given an analytical framework of the influencing factors of interactive efficiency and influencing factors of human-information systems.And through the survey,the actual data have been collected,and based on the data analysis,key factors affecting the efficiency of interaction have been identified,the human-information system interactive efficiency and the measurement model have been built and the verifying analysis has been made in this paper.更多还原
