【Abstract】 The effects of antistaling agents on the fresh fruit rate of Ziziphus jujuba cv Dongzao during storage were studied.The results showed that the fresh fruit rate was the highest,when the liquid antistaling agent was sprayed on the whole tree 15 days before harvest.The aplliction of solid antistaling agent CSP was simple,which had a good effect.更多还原
