AE系列原油破乳剂的研究
The Study of AE Crude Oil Demulsifiers
【摘要】 以有机胺为起始剂、氢氧化钾为催化剂、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为单体,在环氧丙烷开环聚合温度为(130±5)℃、环氧乙烷开环聚合温度为(120±5)℃、压强低于0.5 MPa的条件下,合成了AE系列嵌段聚醚型破乳剂,并将其应用于陕北油田碾庄和子长原油的脱水实验。结果表明,破乳剂AE1616对碾庄原油脱水温度为55℃、破乳剂加量为100mg.L-1时,脱水率高达97.1%,脱水速度快,脱出的水清,油水界面整齐;破乳剂AE162对子长原油脱水温度为65℃、破乳剂加量为200 mg.L-1时,脱水率高达93.2%,脱出的水清,油水界面整齐。
【Abstract】 Using organic amine as primer,propylene oxide(PO) and epoxy ethane(EO) as monomer,potassium hydroxide as catalyst,the AE multi-block polyether demulsifiers are synthesized at less than 0.5 MPa and at(130±5)℃ for PO and at(120±5)℃ for EO.Dehydration experiments of the demulsifiers have been conducted at 55℃ with demulsifier concentration of 100 mg·L-1 for Nianzhuang crude oil and at 65℃ with demulsifier concentration of 200 mg·L-1 for Zichang crude oil in Shanbei Oilfield.It is found that the dehydration rate of AE1616 is 97.1%,and dehydration speed is rapid,separated water is clear,interface between oil and water is homogeneous to the crude oil of Nianzhuang;the dehydration rate of AE162 is 93.2%,and dehydration speed is slow,separated water is clear,interface between oil and water is homogeneous to the crude oil of Zichang.
