微波水解法制备稻草微晶纤维素及能效分析
Preparation of Straw Microcrystalline Cellulose by Microwave Hydrolysis and Energy-Efficiency Analysis
【摘要】 优化了微波水解法降解稻草纤维制备微晶纤维素(MCC)的反应条件。结果表明,当盐酸质量分数为6%、反应时间为10 min、微波功率为231 W、固液比为1∶20(g∶mL)时,MCC的产率达87.00%,而能耗仅为常规加热法的23.1%。微观分析证实,微波水解降低了纤维素分子的聚合度,增强了对稻草纤维束非晶区结构的破坏作用,提高了产物的结晶度,但纤维素分子特征并未发生改变。
【Abstract】 The preparation of microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) by microwave hydrolysis was optimized.The results indicated that when hydrochloric acid mass fraction was 6%,reaction time was 10 min,microwave power was 231 W,ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶20(g∶mL),the yield of MCC was 87.00% and it was only 23.1% of energy consumption in comparison with the conventional heating method.It was confirmed that microwave hydrolysis could enhance the process of damaging the amorphous region of straw fiber structure,and increase the product crystallinity besides lowering molecular polymerization degree,but characteristics of cellulose molecule did not change by microscopic analysis.
