量子点的合成及表面修饰
Preparation and Surface Modification of Quantum Dots
【摘要】 量子点在生物学及生物医学中的应用是当今纳米技术领域中快速发展的研究方向。与传统的有机荧光染料相比,量子点发光的长程稳定性和同时探测多色信号的能力使其在生物成像和生物传感方面具有广泛的应用。概述了量子点的结构及合成方法,并介绍了量子点表面修饰的研究进展。
【Abstract】 The use of quantum dots for biological and biomedical applications is one of the fastest moving fields of nanotechnology today.The unique optical properties of these nanometersized senciconductor crystals make them an exciting fluorescent tool for in vivo and in vitro imaging and sensoric applications,in which traditional fluorescent labels based on organic molecules fall short of providing long-term stability and simultaneous detection of multiple sigals.This review aims to highlight the advances in the structure,preparation and surface modification of quantum dots.
