【Abstract】 Mixed law is the internal tradition of China’s legal culture,which deeply influenced and greatly shaped the legal practices of both old and modern China.China’s theory of mixed law was rooted in the classical society,which was practiced in the ancient character system,legal thought,legal criterion and ruling method emphasizing both man’s wisdom and law.It was not only a historical existence,but goes down till today with great vitality.As the legal cultures of the world are integrating with each other,the theoretical and practical values of the mixed law are becoming especially striking.更多还原
