对复合绝缘子电场分布的改善

【摘要】 新疆电网复合绝缘子挂网已有十几年,但每年都有污闪事故出现,其中主要原因是部分地区污染太重或气候太恶劣造成绝缘子表面在一定条件下达到了闪络电压,而绝缘子电压分布不均是闪络的直接原因。在这样的情况下,文章提出在这些重污闪地区采用增加均压环来降低绝缘子对塔杆和导线的电容,进而达到改善电场分布的目的。并通过一定的实验数据说明了均压环的屏蔽深度、外径等参数对改善电场分布都有重要影响。

【Abstract】 In Xinjiang composite insulators have been working for more than ten years.However,flashover occurs every year.The main reason is that when the pollution or the wheather is too bad in some areas,voltage will be easy to reach the flashover level.That the voltage distribution along them is non-uniform is the direct factor.In this case,a method is proposed which uses grading rings to decrease the capacitance between the insulator and the tower pole and the electric wire.After taking this method,an ideal electric field is formed.In this paper some expreriment data indicate that the deepth of grading rings and the size of outer diameter etc are the key factors.
