【摘要】 研究堆首次综合应急演习选取燃料组件烧毁作为初始事件,最高响应等级达到厂区应急状态。演习由研究堆主管所组织,厂区内全体人员参加,模拟白天研究堆满功率连续运行时燃料组件突然烧毁的应急响应。通过演习,发现并解决了存在的一些问题,证明了研究堆应急计划的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Burn-down of fuel assemblies is chosen as the initial event for the first comprehensive emergency practice for the research reactor.The highest response level of the practice is on-site emergency status.The practice is organized by the institute in charge of the reactor.All personnel of the reactor participates the practice.It is simulated that a fuel assembly burns down suddenly while the reactor runs on full power in daytime.Through the practice,some problems are found and solved.It is verified that the emergency response plan for the reactor is effective.更多还原
