【摘要】 目的观察奇正青鹏膏剂治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折疼痛的临床疗效。方法 114例老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者分成两组,实验组采用奇正青鹏膏剂联合钙尔奇D治疗57例,对照组采用钙尔奇D治疗57例。采用VAS评分分析治疗前后的疼痛缓解情况。结果实验组奇正青鹏膏剂联合钙剂治疗2周后的患者自发性背痛、前屈后伸痛、翻身痛以及负重病的疼痛指数分别减轻了(3.9±1.22),(4.4±1.38),(3.7±1.02),(4.2±1.35)分,均较治逆流前有显著改善(P<0.05),不良反应发生率为5.26%。结论奇正青鹏膏剂短期内能有效缓解老年骨质疏松性椎体骨拆疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of qizheng/qingpenggaoji in treatment on pain of osteoporotic vertebral fracture.METHOD One hundred and fouty cases of senile osteoporosis were randomLy divided into trial group and comtrol group.Fifty seven patients with pain in trial group were treated with calcitonin and caltrate D and fifty-seven cases in control group were treated with caltrate D daily only for two weeks.The efficacy was evaluated based on the VAS marks of pain relief before and after the treatmeng.RESULT The reduction of spontaneous back pain,bending and extending pain,turning over and loading pain of patients were decreased(3.9±1.22),(4.4±1.38),(3.7±1.02),(4.2±1.35)marks respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions were 13.22%.CONCLUSION qizheng/qingpenggaoji can effectively relieve pain of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture.更多还原
