【摘要】 目的优选莲子心的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以莲子心总生物碱的含量以及浸膏得率为指标,采用正交实验法对莲子心的提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为:药材采用80%乙醇,7倍量,回流提取8次,每次30min。结论优选出的工艺科学合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting procedure of Plumula Nelumbinis.METHODS The orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process of Plumula Nelumbinis with the content of alkaloids and the rate of extract.RESULT The optimum extracting procedure was follows:Plumula Nelumbinis was extracted with 80% alcohol for eight times,with the solvent volume 7 fold amount and refluxing for 30 minutes each time.CONCLUSION The optimum extracting procedure is scientific,reasonable and stable.更多还原
