【摘要】 目的建立紫外分光光度法测定复方达克罗宁薄荷脑润肤止痒水中达克罗宁的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为282nm。结果盐酸达克罗宁的检测线性范围为2～14μg·mL^-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.85%。结论本法操作简便,准确性好,适合复方达克罗宁薄荷脑润肤止痒水中达克罗宁的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE UV Spectrophotometry was established to determine the dyclonine content in the Compound Dyclonine menthol antipruritic emollients water.METHODS UV-Spectrophotometry（λ-282） was used to determine the content of dyclonine hydrochloride.RESULTS The test of dyclonine concentration was linear within the range of 2～14μg·mL^-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.8%.CONCLUSION The methods were simple and accurate.And the methods were suitable to determine the dyclonine content in the Compound Dyclonine menthol antipruritic emollients water.更多还原
