银杏叶提取物的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱研究
Study on the fingerprints of ginkgo biloba extracts by HPLC-DAD method
【摘要】 目的建立了银杏叶提取物的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱研究方法。方法色谱条件为:Waters Nova-Pak C18(Φ3.9×150mm,4μm)色谱柱,以1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈作为流动相进行二元梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温34℃,DAD检测器扫描范围为200~400 nm。结果利用该法对银杏叶标准提取物(EGb 761),以及银杏叶醇提物、水提物进行了检测,取得了满意的效果。结论该法操作简单、稳定性、重复性好,可作为各类银杏叶原料、中间产物及银杏叶提取物产品的质量控制依据。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-DAD method for the determination of fingerprints of Ginkgo biloba extracts.METHODS Waters Nova-Pak C18(Φ3.9×150 mm,4 μm) was used as analysis column and 1% formic acid/acetonitrile as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 with gradient elution.The column temperature was set to 34℃,DAD detector’s scan range was between 200 nm and 400 nm.RESULTS This method was successfully applied to determine EGb 761 and the ethanol/water extracts of ginkgo leaves.CONCLUSION The method was proved convenient,stable and repeatable.It can be applied to the quality control of ginkgo leaves,its extracts and relative products.
