气相色谱法测定加味藿香正气丸中百秋李醇的含量

【摘要】 目的建立加味藿香正气丸中百秋李醇的GC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:ZB-WAX石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),以100%聚乙二醇为固定相;柱温采用程序升温:起始170℃,保持6min,40℃/min升至230℃,保持3.5min;进样口温度:250℃;检测器温度:250℃;载气为氮气,流速为0.5mL·min-1;进样量1μL,分流比为100∶1。结果百秋李醇在0.0141~1.041mg.mL-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.00000;平均回收率为98.36%,RSD=1.56%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、稳定、重现性好,可作为加味藿香正气丸的质量控制的方法之一。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of patchoulialcohol in Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills by gas chromatography(GC).METHODS ZB-WAX capillary column(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)was used and 100%Polyethylene Glycol was used as the liquid phase.The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming:the initial temperature was 170℃ and maintained for 6 min,and then rose at 40℃/min up to 230℃ for 3.5 min.The injector temperature and the detector temperature both were 250℃.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas.The flow rate was 0.5mL·min-1 and the injection volume was 1μL,split ratio was 100∶1.RESULTS A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.0141~1.041 mg·mL-1,r=1.00000.The average recovery was 98.36% with a RSD of 1.56%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pills.
