【摘要】 目的观察急性酒精摄入对小鼠血糖的影响。方法将雄性小白鼠随机分成高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和对照组。用浓度为52%、26%、13%的乙醇按0.15ml/10g的剂量分别给高、中、低剂量组小鼠灌胃,对照组用生理盐水灌胃。40min后眼球采血,离心取血浆测定血糖含量。另将剩余的雄性小鼠随机分为3组,均用52%的乙醇按0.15ml/10g的剂量灌胃,分别在3h、6h和12h后测定血糖含量。结果高、中、低剂量组小鼠血糖均高于对照组小鼠血糖,且呈剂量依赖关系,高剂量组血糖最高(P<0.01)。在高剂量酒精组急性高剂量酒精灌胃后40min、3h、6h、12h,小鼠血糖随时间延长而逐渐降低,12h血糖降至正常(P<0.01),但未出现低血糖。结论在一定酒精浓度范围内,急性酒精摄入可导致小鼠血糖升高,且随着酒精浓度的升高而升高;在高浓度酒精急性摄入后12h内,小鼠血糖随时间延长而降低,但未出现低血糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acute alcohol intake on blood glucose of mice.Methods Male mice were randomly divided into four groups,low-,middle-,high-dose group and control group.Rats were feed with13%,26%,52%alcohol in 0.15ml/10g,respectively,and the same dose of normal saline for the control group.Take the mice blood after 40 minutes to detect the serum glucose levels.Besides,other male mice were feed with 52% alcohol by 0.15ml/10g,detect the glucose levels after 3 hour,6 hour and 12 hour,respectively.Results The glucose levels in each of the four groups was higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and elevated with the increased alco-hol concentration;the glucose levels decreased significantly with the time after alcohol intake for 40min,3h,6h and 12h(P<0.01),but no hypoglycemia appeared.Conclusion Within a certain range of alcohol concentration,acute alcohol intake can lead to elevating serum glucose levels in mice,which was elevated with the increasing alcohol concentration.更多还原
