【摘要】 目的观察甘氨双唑钠联合后程加速超分割放射治疗瘤区含有中心性坏死鼻咽癌的短期临床疗效及急性反应。方法 40例经病理学及影像学证实为瘤区含有中心性坏死低分化鳞癌的鼻咽癌患者随机分成两组,一组为常规分割放疗联合化疗组(对照组)17例,另一组后程加速超分割放疗联合甘氨双唑钠及化疗组(研究组)23例,两组均采用TP方案化疗,治疗后1个月进行疗效评价。结果研究组使瘤区中心性坏死消退比对照组较高(64.71%/95.65%),研究组短期临床疗效优于对照组(95.65%/64.71%),均有明显统计学意义;口腔黏膜等急性反应研究组较对照组稍高,两者差异无统计学意义。结论甘氨双唑钠有机结合后程加速超分割放射治疗瘤区含有中心性坏死的鼻咽癌,有效使瘤区中心性坏死消退,能阻断肿瘤后程加速再增殖,从而提高局控率,取得较好的短期临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the combination of sodium glycididazole and course accelerated hyperfrac-tionation radiotherapy for tumors with central necrosis area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) in the short-term clin-ical effect and acute reactions.Methods 40 cases confirmed by pathology and imaging centers for the necrosis of tu-mor areas with poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of NPC were randomly divided into two groups for the conventional radiotherapy plus chemotherapy group(control group) 17 cases,another group course accelerated hyper-fractionated radiotherapy combined with sodium glycididazole and chemotherapy group(study group) 23 patients,two groups with TP chemotherapy,the treatment effect was evaluated after 1 month.Results The tumor area to central necrosis persisted higher in study group than that in the control group(47.06% / 95.67%),short-term clinical efficacy in study group than that in the control group(95.67% / 64.37%),with significant difference.Oral mucosa acute reac-tions in study group was higher than that in the control group,but with no significant difference.Conclusion The combination of sodium glycididazole and course accelerated hyperfractionation radiotherapy for tumors with central necrosis area of NPC can enhance the area of central necrosis to tumor regression,block tumor proliferation,and in-crease local control rates,with better short-term clinical efficacy.更多还原
