【摘要】 目的探讨影响宫颈浸润癌术后患者生存质量的因素。方法对2002年9月至2009年9月深圳市人民医院87例经手术治疗的宫颈浸润癌患者进行生存质量调查,生存质量量表应用欧洲癌症研究和治疗机构的生存质量量表C30(EORTCQLQ-C30),结果应用t检验、方差分析及逐步回归分析。结果影响宫颈浸润癌术后患者生存质量的因素包括:性生活情况、医疗费用来源、家庭经济、临床分期、病理类型(P<0.05)。结论重视宫颈癌的早诊早治,减轻医疗负担,加强医院健康教育工作,指导患者术后及早开始性生活有助于提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality of life (QOL) and its influencing factors in patients with cervical invasive cancer after operation.Methods 87 postoperative women with cervical invasive cancer were investigated by questionnaire for evaluation of life quality. The influential factors for QOL were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The factors contributing to QOL were sexual life,medical cost,family income,clinical stage and pathological type (P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple complex factors affect QOL. Assisting multiple measures,including of paying attentions to early diagnosis and early therapy,lessening economy burden and establishing the sexual healthy consultation,may be very important to improve the QOL of patients with cervical cancer.更多还原
