【摘要】 目的探讨预见性护理干预对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者便秘的影响。方法随机分组,实验组针对便秘发生原因采取特异性预见性护理干预措施,对照组采取神经内科护理常规。然后对两组便秘及便秘相关症状、再出血发生率进行比较。结果实验组患者便秘及便秘相关症状、再出血发生率比对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义。结论预见性护理干预不但可以减少蛛网膜下腔出血患者便秘的发生率,还能提高抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of pre-nursing intervention on the constipation of the patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods The patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group at random.The experiment group was adopted the pre-nursing intervention on prevention of constipation occurring,and the control group accepted the routine nursing as used in the neurology department.Constipation rate,constipation correlation response and rehemorrhage rate were observed.Results Constipation rate,constipation correlation response and rehemorrhage rate in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion Pre-nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of constipation and enhance the successful rate of salvage in the patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.更多还原
