【摘要】 目的探讨应用经阴道超声和彩色多普勒检查鉴别绝经期附件包块良恶性质的临床价值。方法应用阴道超声和彩色多普勒对81例绝经期附件包块患者进行检查,根据超声形态学和阻力指教(RI)分析其良恶性。结果包块直径≥100mm较直径<100mm恶性率高;囊实性较囊性恶性率高;多房、双侧、包块表面和内壁粗糙、伴有腹水者较单房、单侧、包块表面和内壁光滑、无腹水者恶性率高;包块RI降低者恶性率高。结论阴道超声及彩色多普勒检测可初步判断绝经后附件包块良恶性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography for diagnosis value of adnexal masses in postmenopausal women.Methods Transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography were performed in 81 postmenopausal women with adnexal masses,which were analysed benign and malignant by ultrasound morphology and resistance index(RI).Results The diameter of adnexal masses≥100 mm had more malignant risk than those<100 mm.The cystic and solid lesions,separation of structure,bilateral,rough surface and the inner layer of the wall,abdominal dropsy and low resistance index of adnexal masses had more malignant risk.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography and color Doppler ultrasonography may be the initial judge the charater of benign and malignant adnexal mass after menopause.更多还原
