代谢综合征对冠心病患者脂类代谢及炎症因子的影响

【摘要】 目的了解冠心病人群代谢综合征伴随情况,探讨代谢异常对冠心病患者血清常见炎性因子的影响。方法选取130例冠心病患者为研究对象,其中伴代谢综合症患者55例(并发组),单纯冠心病患者75例(单纯组)。计算不同年龄和性别冠心病人群代谢综合征伴随情况。测定并比较两组研究对象人体基本参数、血脂及炎性相关因子的差异。结果本研究中冠心病患者代谢综合症患病率为42.3%,合并组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平较单纯组增高,脂联素水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而BMI、高密度脂蛋白在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者有较高的代谢综合征患病率,血脂代谢异常及更高的炎性反应显著地增加了代谢综合征患者发生动脉粥样硬化性心血管病的危险性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Incidence of the metabolic syndrome with coronary heart disease population,and study the effects of metabolic abnormalities on inflammatory factors with coronary heart disease patients.Methods 130 patients with coronary heart disease was selected,including patients with metabolic syndrome in 55 cases(concurrent group),75 cases with coronary artery disease alone(alone group).The incidence of metabolic syndrome with coronary heart disease cases was calculated with different age and sex,and the basic parameters,serum lipids and inflammatory factors of the human body were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in patients with coronary artery disease was 42.3%.Serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL and hs-CRP levels in the concurrent group is lower than those in the alone group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);but there is no significant difference in BMI,high-density lipoprotein in the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease have a higher prevalence of metabolic syndrome,abnormal lipid metabolism and higher inflammatory response significantly increased the occurrence of metabolic syndrome risk in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
