【摘要】 目的总结体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)救治呼吸衰竭病人临床护理策略。方法对28例机械通气效果不佳的呼吸衰竭患者应用ECMO救治,同时合理调配护理人员,加强ICU环境管理及各项生命指标的监测等。结果 ECMO上机24h后,患者氧代谢情况明显改善;住院治疗15-25d,治愈21例,死亡7例。结论严密监测和有效的护理是ECMO救治成功的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical care strategies of treating patients with respiratory failure by Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).Methods Targeting at 28 patients which were ineffective mechanical ventilation of respiratory failure. Combined the ECMO treatment with the reasonable deployment of nursing staff. Additionally, enhanced the lives of ICU environmental management and monitoring of indicators.Results ECMO-on 24h, the situation of oxygen metabolism in patients have a marked improvement; after hospital treatment of 15-25d, 21 cases cured, and 7 cases died.Conclusion Close monitoring and effective care is an important guarantee for the success of ECMO treatment.更多还原
