【摘要】 目的观察超声心动图在继发孔型房间隔封堵治疗过程中的作用。方法门诊筛选适合封堵治疗的继发孔型房间隔患者。术前观察缺损孔直径大小和缺损边缘距周围功能结构的距离,选择合适的封堵器。术中引导鞘管放置,封堵器打开后,多切面观察牵拉试验时封堵器的位置、牢固程度,指导释放封堵器。彩色多普勒观察是否存在残余分流,封堵器是否影响周围结构功能。结果所有患者封堵手术均获成功,3个月复查封堵器位置固定,无残余分流,无严重并发症发生。结论超声心动图在继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵术前筛选病例及封堵器型号选择、术中监测、术后随访中均具有不可替代的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate echocardiography in the process of treating second atrial septal defect with occluder.Methods Suitable out-patients were enrolled for closure of second atrial septal.The diameter defect hole,the distance from the surrounding functional structure were observed preoperatively,then choose a suitable occluder.After the sheath tube for intraoperative guide was layed aside,and the occluder was opened,the trap position and the reliable degree in traction test were observed in the multi-section to guide occluder to be released.Colored Doppler observes whether to have the remaining divergence and whether the trap affect the surrounding structure and function.Results All patients were successful to complete blocking operation.Occluder position was fixed,with no residual shunt and no serious complications after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion Echocardiography have an irreplaceable role in screening patients,selecting occluder model,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative following-up in the process of treating second atrial septal defect.更多还原
