【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌保乳治疗的方法与疗效。方法对70例Ⅰ-Ⅱ期原发性乳腺癌患者施行局部扩大切除并腋窝淋巴结清扫,手术后患侧乳房接受放射治疗。结果手术后6个月随访,运用JCRT标准对70例患者进行术后乳房外形的评价,优、良、中、差分别为24.3%、57.1%、17.1%、1.4%。经随访18-48个月(中位随访时间为32个月),仅1例骨远处转移,无局部复发和死亡病例。结论早期乳腺癌患者的保乳治疗是安全可行的,可以获得术后良好的乳房外形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of breast conserving therapy with early primary breast carcinoma.Methods Seventy patients with stage I to Ⅱprimary breast cancer were operated with wide local excision and axillary lymph node dissection.After operation,the radiation therapy was done on the whole breast.Results Breast conservation surgery was taken successfully in seventy patients.Six months after operation,the cosmetic results were evaluated according to the JCRT(Joint Center for Radiation Therapy)criteria.70 patients were classed to 4 grades:excellent(24.3%),good(57.1%),fair(17.1%),poor(1.4%).After a median follow up of 32 months(range 18-48months),only one patient suffered from bone distant relapse.There were no cases of ipsilateral breast tumor relapse and death.Conclusion For early stage breast cancer patients,breast conservative surgery including wide local excision and axillary lymph node dissection followed by post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy lead to excellent local contro1 and good cosmetic results.更多还原
