【摘要】 目的探讨泌尿系统MR水成像(MRU)与分泌性ce-MRU的方法,并讨论其适应证,评价其优缺点;描述101例泌尿系先天性畸形在两种方法中的表现。方法回顾分析1999年5月至2009年5月我院收治的101例先天性泌尿系统畸形的临床资料,所有病例均同时作MRU及ce-MRU检查。结果101例MR共发现11种泌尿系畸形。无论有无排泌功能,MRU均能显示有尿液或囊液充盈或扩张的部位;ce-MRU能显示有功能的肾脏并与之相连的正常或病变的泌尿管道。结论MRU能清楚显示所有尿液或囊液充盈的正常或异常结构;ce-MRU能显示有血流到达并有对比剂排泌的肾组织和与之相连的结构。ce-MRU能独特地显示病变与周围血管的关系,MRU与ce-MRU相互结合应用方能够提供完整的诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 1. To discuss the methods of MR urography (MRU) and contrast enhanced MR urography (ce-MRU),and to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages. 2. To depict the types and their imaging findings of 101 cases of congenital urinary malformations. Methods 101patients with urnary malformations from May 1999 to May 2009 were scanned with two sets of pre-programmed MRU and ce-MRU,and the data of them were analyzed retrospectively. Results 11 categories of urinary malformations were found in 101 cases. MRU could display all the normal compositions and lesions abounded with urine or cystic fluid,while the ce-MRU could display functional kidney tissues and contrast enhanced ducts and cavities. Conclusion MRU could display all the enlarged urinary malformations,such as hydronephrosis,dilated ureters and cysts without contrast agent,no matter whether the kidneys are functional or not. Ce-MRU could display those lesions connected with functional kidneys. MRI can provide valuable information for surgery with MRU and ce-MRU.更多还原
