【摘要】 目的观察生大黄高位保留灌肠联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予生长抑素及常规处理,治疗组加用生大黄高位保留灌肠。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,其症状、体征消失时间及血、尿淀粉酶复常时间及自主排气排便时间亦短于对照组。结论生大黄高位保留灌肠联合生长抑素治疗AP疗效满意,恢复快,具有较好的临床意义,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of rhubarb on acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods76 patients with AP were randomly divided into rhubarb treatment group and control group. Patients in control group received routine treatment and patients in rhubarb group received routine treatment plus rhubarb therapy. Results In contrast with control group,the relieving time of abdominal was significantly shorter in rhubarb group than that in control group(P<0.05),the recovery time of peramylasemia,hyperamylaseuria and bowel sound were significantly shorter in rhubarb group than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb in treatment of acute pancrestitis is simple,cheap and effective drug and is worthy to be widely used.更多还原
