【摘要】 目的评估三维适形放射治疗胰腺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法采用三维适形放射治疗技术对22例胰腺癌患者行肿瘤局部适形放疗。结果22例患者经三维适形放射治疗后症状均得到缓解,总有效率(CR+PR)为100%。结论对不能手术切除的中晚期胰腺癌患者,行立体定向三维适形放射治疗近期疗效好,副作用小,缓解症状快,是有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect of three dimensional conformal radiomal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Methods Twenty-two patients with pancreatic cancer received 3-DCRT with convertional fraction.Results All the patients who had completed their conformal radiotherapy had their symptoms mitigated to different degrees,the overall immediate response rate (CR+PR) was 100%.Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy can be considered as the effective and feasible treatment for late pancreas carcinoma.更多还原
