【Abstract】 Generally speaking, tea tree′s leaf blade is used, but use of tea flower and tea seed is neglected. It is a big waste to tea resources. In order to make the best use of tea resources, to expand the tea productions and to enhance added value in tea industry, comprehensive development and utilization of tea resources which include the organs, by-products and the functional effective ingredients in it and deposed tea are summarized in this paper.更多还原
