【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效及护理特点。方法收集2007年7月—2009年10月在我院住院的髋关节滑膜炎患儿107例为研究对象,予卧床休息、避免负重;患肢皮牵引;静滴抗感染及活血化瘀药物治疗,局部予TDP理疗,并从身心两方面进行系统全面的护理。7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定治疗效果。结果小儿髋关节滑膜炎治疗2个疗程后,痊愈100例,显效7例。结论中西医结合及系统全面的护理治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎效果显著,是安全、有效、简便、经济的新方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the curative effect on wean Hip joint synovitis,treated with combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine and systemic general nurse.Methods 107 in-patients,from 7/2007 to 10/2009 in our hospital,were choosed to be kept on the bed,avoid loading,skin traction,infused drugs of anti-infective and activating blood and dissolving stasis,partial infrared therapy,while a systemic general nurse of body and mind were gived simultaneously.Estimate treatment effect after two courses of the treatment,as 7 days for a course of treatment.Results After two courses,100 cases were healed,7 cases were markedly improved.Conclusion systemic general nurse,which were combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,is a effective,convenient and oecumenical new method in wean Hip joint synovitis treatment,it Should be promoted for clinical.更多还原
