【摘要】 目的通过比较分析女医务人员和某企业女职工子宫肌瘤及乳腺疾病的患病率,探讨女医务人员健康状态的影响因素。方法选择285例本院女医务人员及285例某企业单位女职工,用超声检查乳腺及子宫,按子宫肌瘤及乳腺疾病的诊断标准检查其发病情况并进行研究分析。结果女医务人员的子宫肌瘤、乳腺囊性增生及乳腺纤维瘤的患病率明显较某企业女职工高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女医务人员子宫肌瘤及乳腺疾病患病率较高。女医务人员工作压力大这一因素应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the incidence of myoma of uterus and mastopathy between madical women and women of enterprise so as to investigate the fators influencing the health state. Methods 285 medical women of my hospital and 285 women of the enterprise are checked up with ultrasonography.The incidence of myoma of uterus and breast disease is analysed.Results Incidence of myoma of uterus,hyperplasia of mammary glands and mammary fibroadenoma in the hospital is more increased than the enterprise(P<0.05).Conclusion There is incremental disease incidence of myoma of uterus and mastopathy forsome for medical women.We must attach importance to the pressure of work of medical women.更多还原
