【摘要】 目的探讨外耳道胆脂瘤(EACC)的临床特点和处理方法。方法回顾性分析我科2003—2008年收治的35例外耳道胆脂瘤患者的临床资料。结果外耳道胆脂瘤主要临床症状为耳漏、耳痛、听力下降等,好发于中老年。检查外耳道均有阻塞物,CT显示外耳道有不同程度骨质破坏。全部病例经手术治疗,随访1~6年无复发,听力明显提高。结论耳内窥镜检查及颞骨CT扫描对外耳道胆脂瘤的诊断和防止误诊十分重要,治疗原则是根据病变范围、破坏程度选择合适术式彻底清除胆脂瘤和死骨,防止残留和复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of external acoustic meafus cholesteatoma(EACC). Methods The clinical data of 35 cases with external acoustic meafus cholesteatoma from 2003 to 2008 were retrospectively analysed. Results Patients presented with otorrhea,otalgia,hearing loss.This disease was more frequently seen in middle and oldaged.CT scans showed a soft tissue mass with adjacent bone erosion.All the cases were treated with complete removal of the cholesteatoma,degenerated tissue.All the cases were followed up from 1 to 6 years and no recurrences were found.The hearing loss of most cases was improved to a certain extent. Conclusion Endotoscope and high-resolution temporal bone CT scan can help to find out the primary lesion and determine the range of the pathological changes.Completely removing cholesteatoma and granulation tissues is crucial for the treatment of the disease.更多还原
