【摘要】 目的探讨羊膜移植治疗严重眼表烧伤的疗效。方法对16例(19眼)严重眼表烧伤早期施行羊膜移植术。术后随访6～12个月,观察临床疗效。结果19眼中有6眼角膜留下瘢痕,有少量新生血管;3眼角膜瘢痕较厚,新生血管较多;无角膜穿孔。结论羊膜移植是治疗早期严重眼表烧伤的有效疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of amnotic membrane transplantation on the treatment of severe ocular surface burns in early. Methods Sixteen patients (19 eyes) who suffered from severe ocular surface burns were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation. The postoperative follow-up periods were from 6~12 months. Results Among the 19 eyes,there were 6 eyes with thin corneal leucoma and with little neovascularization,3 eyes with thick corneal leucoma. There was no corneal perforation. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is a effective method for early severe ocular surface burns.更多还原
