【摘要】 采用文献资料法,探讨了我国全运会组织管理中政府作用现状及存在的问题。研究表明:随着我国社会经济的发展,全运会举办所依赖的赛事资源配置方式发生了深刻的变化。主要表现为在现代全运会的资源配置方式中,政府作用日益降低,市场机制引入日渐增强,社会力量表现出强烈的参与要求。可见,在我国全运会转型背景下,如何配置赛事资源及其优势整合,是完善全运会运行机制的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay,adopting the method of literature review,explores the status quo and the existing problems of the government’s role in the management and organization of the National Games. Studies show that along with the economic development and social progress,profound changes have been taking place in the resource allocation on which the National Games depend. These changes are mainly shown in the way of resource allocation,including the decreasing of governmental effect,the introduction of market mechanism,ever-increasing demand of participation of social forces. So,resource allocation and predominance integration have become the key of perfecting the operational mechanism of the National Games.更多还原
