大孔吸附树脂法分离纯化表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的研究
Separation and Purification of Epigallocatechin Gallate(EGCG) by Macroporus Resin
【摘要】 本文以茶叶粗茶多酚为原料,研究了大孔吸附树脂法分离纯化表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的工艺条件。本文首次报道,采用AB-8大孔树脂,在中温条件下以10%的乙醇为洗脱剂,可以获得纯度90%以上的EGCG,回收率可达90%以上,且产品中咖啡因含量可低于0.5%,本方法可适合工业化生产需要。
【Abstract】 Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) was separated and purified from tea polyphenol by macroporous adsorption resin.It was found that EGCG can be obtained using AB-8 MAR with the purity and recovery rate being of 90% and 90%,respectively,under the following conditions:10% ethanol and medium temperature.Besides,the caffeine content in the product was less than 0.5%.
