动态电子束辐照对散粮中米象和谷蠹的影响(英文)

【摘要】 本文重点研究了在散粮储存和物流过程中,动态电子束(EB)辐照对米象和谷蠹两种储粮害虫的辐射效应。结果表明,0.3kGy和0.6kGy两个剂量条件能有效地预防和控制储粮害虫(P<0.01)。在粮食流动作业中,机械因素可能影响到害虫数量,但并不是使米象和谷蠹昆虫死亡的主要原因。米象比谷蠹对电子束辐照更敏感,在0.3kGy剂量下,60d检查未发现活的成虫或幼虫,而当剂量为0.6kGy时,30d检查的害虫死亡率为100%,无虫卵孵化现象。

【Abstract】 This research focused on the irradiation effects of the dynamic electron beam(EB) on insects of Sitophilas Oryzae Linnaeus and Rhizopertha Dominica Fabricius species in the bulk grain in storage and logistic industries.The results showed that 0.3 kGy and 0.6 kGy were effective doses to prevent and control stored grain insects(P<0.01).The mechanical factors may affect the population of insects,but was not the main reason for insect death in different species.Sitophilas Oryzae(L.) adults were more sensitive to the electron beam irradiation than Rhizopertha Dominica(F.).Living insects or pupae were not found after 60 d-irradiation treatment with dose of 0.3 kGy.The mortality rate of samplers was 100% with a 30 d-irradiation at 0.6 kGy.
