两种土壤阳离子交换量测定方法的比较

【摘要】 土壤阳离子交换量(CEC)是指土壤胶体所能吸附各种阳离子的总量。本文用乙酸铵离心交换法和氯化钡-硫酸强迫交换法,测定214份土壤样本的CEC值。结果表明:氯化钡-硫酸强迫交换法较乙酸铵离心交换法测定结果重复性强;两种方法测定的CEC值差异大;氯化钡-硫酸强迫交换法测定结果受土壤pH值影响较大;乙酸铵离心交换法测定结果与土壤多个理化指标关系密切。

【Abstract】 The soil Cation Exchange Capacity(CEC) is the total amount of various cations absorbed by the soil colloids.This article described two methods namely the ammonium acetate centrifugal exchange method and the BaCl2-H2SO4 forcing exchange method for mensuration of the CEC values of 214 samples of soil.The results showed as follows:1) the repeatability of the BaCl2-H2SO4 exchange method was higher than that of the ammonium acetate centrifugal method;2)there was great difference in the resulted CEC values between the two methods;3) the soil pH had greater impact on the result of the BaCl2-H2SO4 method;4) the observed value by the method of the ammonium acetate centrifugal exchange was closely related to various physicochemical properties of the soil.
