【Abstract】 The history of progress in human civilization is a history of transitional relation between human and nature in essence.River is one of essential factors to produce and gestate the human civilization.In a sense,the history of human civilization is a historical relation of human and river.Therefore,human beings must learn to respect nature,to observe their own behavior by putting themselves and other factors in the earth ecosystem in the same plane that connects each other,and to scrutinize other life forms.Only by doing so,mankind could realize sustainable development in a connecting system.The theory of river-carrying capacity is to research the relation of human and nature from qualitative to quantitative research,thus confirming an objective aim for harmony between human and nature.更多还原
