【Abstract】 In order to control the silver ions of oxaliplatin production,using microfiltration membrane filtration,5 batch experiments showed that silver ions in the oxaliplatin preparation were less than 5×10-6μm/g,and reached European Pharmacopoeia(EP4) standard.It indicated that using microfiltration membrane filtration method can effectively control of silver ion concentration,produce qualified products,and achieve good effect.更多还原
