垃圾渗滤液MBR-NF处理工艺的设计

【摘要】 研究了湖南省耒阳市某垃圾填埋场的垃圾渗滤液的处理工艺,并进行了成本估算。该处理工艺采用膜生物反应器(MBR)为主体工艺处理垃圾渗滤液可有效的实现达标排放,包括工艺选择、主要单元说明、主要设备与构筑物以及工程的投资成本核算,通过初步核算,该垃圾渗滤液处理工艺的水处理运行成本为1.132元/m3,表明该工艺不仅技术上可行,经济上也是合理的。

【Abstract】 A landfill leachate treatment process of a landfill site in Leilang,Hunan province was designed,and the wastewater treatment cost was also estimated.The wastewater treatment process was mainly composed of Membrane Bio-reactor and Nanofiltration(MBR-NF),which made the wastewater discharge to reach standard.The process selection,main unit introduction,major equipment and structure and the cost of project investment were discussed,respectively.The estimation result showed that the wastewater treatment cost was RMB 1.132RMB/m3,which meant this wastewater treatment was not only feasible,but its treatment cost was reasonable.
