常温下氚在316L不锈钢表面层深度分布的初步研究
The Study of Depth Distribution of the Tritium in 316L Stainless Steel Surface Layer at Ambient Temperature
【摘要】 采用化学蚀刻法研究常温下氚在316L不锈钢表面层深度分布。选取3个常温下充氚,空气气氛中存放3年,表面活度差异较大的样品,采用化学蚀刻法研究样品中氚的深度分布。研究结果表明氚主要聚集在不锈钢表面层2μm范围内,存在形态是HTO和HT,其中HTO占95%以上。
【Abstract】 The depth distribution of the tritium in 316L stainless steel surface layer at ambient temperature using chemical etching was studied.3 specimens were loaded at ambient temperature with a gaseous tritium,then under the air atmosphere for 3 years,and large different of the surface activity.The results showed that tritium mainly gathered in the surface layer of stainless steel within the range of 2μm,in the forms of HTO and HT,which accounted for 95% was HTO.
