【摘要】 物业管理在中国蓬勃发展,物业管理理论研究相对明显滞后,由此引发了物业管理理论教学课程体系欠系统完善,并有碍物业管理人才培养目标的实现。鉴此,本文选择2009-2010两年已出版的8本物业管理理论性教材作为样本,以章节标题内容及其编排作为分析对象进行文本分析,并在此基础上完善并构建了物业管理理论课程的内容体系,以期对物业管理理论课程内容体系构建有所启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 While activities of property management in practice are booming in China in recent years,its theoretical research is relatively lagging behind,resulting in an imperfect theoretical curriculum system and obstructing the realization of talent cultivation goal.In view of this,this paper chooses 8 property management theoretical teaching books published between 2009 and 2010 as samples to do text analysis of the table of contents.Then,this paper proposes a better-constructed content system for property management theoretical courses,and gives some suggestions to this aspect.更多还原
