【摘要】 利用SPSS中的聚类分析技术对本校教学评价数据进行了分析。结果表明,通过聚类,将所有的教师按照评价数据分成相应的类别再对每一类教师的总体特点进行分析是可行的,也是非常必要的。不但可以发挥教学评价的诊断作用,也有利于促进教师的发展。更多还原
