【摘要】 目的评价阿德福韦酯片联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法将45例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(15例),治疗组接受阿德福韦酯片联合安络化纤丸治疗,对照组单用阿德福韦酯片治疗,疗程均为24周。两组患者在治疗前后均行肝纤维化血清学指标、肝功能、血清病毒学指标检测。结果治疗结束时,治疗组患者的主要症状和体征、肝功能、肝纤维化血清指标改善优于对照组患者(P<0.05),但两组HBV DNA低于检测下限的比率和血生化指标的改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯片联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎能明显改善患者的症状、体征、肝纤维化血清学指标、肝功能、血清病毒学指标,且比单用阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的肝纤维化血清学指标疗效更好,能明显改善肝功能和改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adefovir dipivoxil tablets plus Anluohuaxian pill in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Total of 45 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(15 cases),treatment group received adefovir dipivoxil tablets plus Anluohuaxian pill treatment,while the control group only received adefovir dipivoxil tablets therapy,both groups were treated for 24 weeks.Patients in two groups were detected for index of liver fibrosis,liver function,serum detection of virological markers before and after treatment.Results Adefovir dipivoxil tablets plus Anluohuaxian pill in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B could improve the major symptoms and signs,liver function and fibrosis serous markers,which were better than patients treated with adefovir dipivoxil tablets(P < 0.05),but the difference of HBV DNA undetectable rate and blood biochemical index between two groups were not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusions Adefovir dipivoxil tablets plus Anluohuaxian pill in treatment of chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve patients’ symptoms and signs,serous index of liver fibrosis and liver function and serous virological indicators,which were better than adefovir dipivoxil tablets alone in serous index of liver fibrosis and could significantly improve liver function and patients’ life quality,so it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
