【摘要】 目的探讨布洛陀壮族高血压患病率、患病特点及其与代谢综合征的关系。方法选取田阳县布洛陀壮族居民3000例,检测其身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖(FBC)和血脂水平,并与2000例该县汉族居民比较。结果布洛陀壮族高血压患病率30.07%(男36.3%,女17.94%),汉族高血压患病率24.30%(男26.80%,女18.97%);壮族高血压患病率高于汉族(P<0.01),男性高于女性(P<0.01);布洛陀壮族代谢综合征患病率21.90%(男23.69%,女18.43%),汉族代谢综合征患病率18.10%(男20.19%,女13.64%);壮族代谢综合征患病率高于汉族(P<0.05),男性高于女性(P<0.01);布洛陀壮族男性肥胖、TG和FBC异常率高于汉族男性(P<0.05),布洛陀壮族女性肥胖和TG的异常率高于汉族女性(P<0.05);布洛陀壮族高血压患者对高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率均较汉族者低(P<0.01)。结论布洛陀壮族居民高血压和代谢综合征患病率高,伴发慢性血管疾病危险因素高,高血压知晓率和治疗率和控制率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevalence rate and characteristic of primary hypertension and their relationship with metabolic syndrome(MS)in Buluotuo Zhuang Nationality.Methods 3 000 Buluotuo Zhuang Nationality people and 2 000 Han people in Tianyang were selected,whose height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood-glucose(FBC)and blood fat were measured.Results of Zhuang people were compared with those of Han people.Results Prevalence rate of primary hypertension of Zhuang people was 30.07%(male 36.3%;female 17.94%),while the Han people was 24.3%(male 26.80%;female 18.97%).MS prevalence rate of Zhuang was higher than that of Han(P<0.05).Abnormal rate of fat and TG of Zhuang nationality female population were higher than those of Han nationality female population(P<0.01).Abnormal rate of fat,TG and FBC of Zhuang nationality male population were higher than those of Han nationality male population(P<0.01).The realizing rate,treatment rate and control rate of Zhuang nationality were lower than those of Han nationality.Conclusion Prevalence of primary hypertension and the MS of Buluotuo Zhuang Nationality are high in Tianyang,associated with high risk factors for chronic disease,and their realizing rate,treatment rate and control rate are low.更多还原
