【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽部非角化性癌中TGF-β1表达情况和CD1a标记的未成熟树突状细胞数量及它们与病理、临床资料的联系。方法鼻咽癌组织62例、癌旁组织16例及鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织10例,应用免疫组化ElivisionTM法检测TGF-β1和CD1a蛋白的表达情况,并结合病理、临床资料进行统计分析。结果62例鼻咽癌组织及癌旁组织中TGF-β1阳性率分别为67.7%(42/62)、93.8%(15/16),均高于对照组的50%(5/10);鼻咽癌组CD1a阳性率为41.9%(26/62),癌旁组组织阳性率为12.5%(2/16),对照组为阴性;TGF-β1表达与CD1a呈负相关(r=-0.304,P=0.016);TGF-β1的表达与临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移明显有关(P<0.05);CD1a的表达与颈部淋巴结转移之间有关(P=0.011)。结论TGF-β1可抑制imDC的增生,两者在鼻咽部非角化癌演进过程中可能起协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1and the number of CD1a and immature dendritic cells(imDCs)in nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma,and their relationship with pathology and clinical data.Methods The expressions of TGF-βand CD1a were detected in 62 nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma specimens,16 tumor adjacent tissue specimens which were chosen from non-keratinizing NPC cases,and 10 chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal mucosa cases by immunohistochemical staining Elivision TM method.Results The positive rates of TGF-β1 were 67.7%(42/62)in nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma,93.8%(15/16)in tumor adjacent tissues,and CD1a positive rates were 41.9%(26/62)and 12.5%(2/16),but all negative chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal mucosa.The expression of CD1a was significantly correlated with TGF-β1(r=-0.304,P=0.016).The expressions of TGF-β1 and CD1a were significantly correlated with the TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression of CD1a was significantly correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis(P=0.011).Conclusion TGF-β1 can suppress the proliferation of imDCs.They may play a role in the development of nasopharyngeal non-keratinizing carcinoma.更多还原
