【摘要】 目的应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量评价正常中老年人左室心肌质量(LVM)状况。方法分别采用二维超声心动图(2DE)和RT-3DE测量34例正常中老年人LVM及左室心肌质量指数(LVMI),并进行比较。结果2DE测定的LVM和LVMI分别为(111.61±14.06)g、(68.06±6.68)g/m2。RT-3DE测定的LVM和LVMI分别为(105.88±12.92)g、(64.54±5.46)g/m2。两种方法测值结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RT-3DE是一种可行的、准确的测量LVM新技术,在研究中老年人心血管疾病中将发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To quantify left ventricular mass(LVM)in normal middle-aged and elderly people using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods LVM and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in normal middle-aged and elderly people were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography(2DE)and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE)separately,and compared each other.Results LVM and LVMI measured by 2DE were(111.61±14.06)g and(68.06±6.68)g/m2,respectively,and LVM and LVMI measured by RT-3DE were(105.88±12.92)g and(64.54±5.46)g/m2,respectively.There were no statistical differences in measurements between 2DE and RT-3DE(P>0.05).Conclusion RT-3DE is a new feasible and accurate technology on measurement of LVM which will play an important role in studying cardiovascular disease in middle aged and elderly people.更多还原
