【摘要】 目的:探讨四种不同用药方案治疗细菌性阴道病的经济学效果。方法:200例门诊细菌性阴道病患者随机分为4组,分别给予阴道用保妇康栓8 d(A组),阴道用奥硝唑栓10 d(B组),阴道用双唑泰泡腾片10 d(C组),口服奥硝唑胶囊6 d(D组),运用药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果:4组有效率分别为88.9%、91.1%、76.1%和77.8%;成本分别为26.4元、39.68元、24.75元和36元;成本-效果比分别为0.30、0.44、0.33和0.46;A、B、D三组相对于C组的增量成本-效果比分别为0.13、1.00、6.62。结论:阴道用保妇康栓的成本较低,疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To eva1uate economic effect of different therapeutic schemes in treating bacterial vaginosis.Methods: Two hundred outpatients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into 4 groups:Group A was assigned to receive Baofukang suppository pro vagina for 8 days,group B received Ornidazole suppository pro vagina for 10 days,group C received Shuangzuotai vaginal effervescent tablet pro vagina for 10 days,and group D received Ornidazole capsules orally for 6 days.The method of pharmacoeconomics was used in cost-effectiveness analysis.Results: The effective rates for groups A,B,C and D were 88.9%,91.1%,76.1%,and 77.8%,the total costs for one person of the 4 groups were 26.4 yuan,39.68 yuan,24.75 yuan and 36 yuan,and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 0.30,0.44,0.33 and 0.46 respectively.When compared with that of group C,the increments of cost-effectiveness ratios for groups A,B and D were 0.13,1.00 and 6.62 respectively.Conclusions: Group A is the best one in terms of cost-effectiveness.更多还原
