喷吹预热煤粉对高炉能量影响的计算分析
Computational Analysis of Influence on Energy in Blast Furnace with Preheated Pulverized Coal
【摘要】 利用计算机模拟高炉喷吹预热煤粉对能量等相关指标的影响,分析了煤粉预热后高炉热量、理论燃烧温度、热补偿、焦比等指标的变化情况。结果显示:利用热风炉废烟气预热煤粉后,可以降低焦比,提高理论燃烧温度,有效替代热风、富氧所提供的部分热量,起到节能增效的作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of preheated pulverized coal on relevant index of energy in blast furnace was simulated by computer,variation conditions of heat energy,theoretical combustion temperature,thermal compensation and coke ratio with preheated pulverized coal were analyzed.The results show that preheated pulverizing coal by waste gas from the stove could reduce the coke ratio,improve the theoretical combustion temperature,effectively replace some heat provided by air blast and oxygen enrichment,and play the role of energy efficiency.
