热熔胶机测控系统的设计与研制
Design Method of Measurement and Control System for Hot Melt Adhesive Applicator
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于ARM的热熔胶机测控系统。介绍了系统的整体结构,着重分析了热电偶变送电路、多路Pt100温度采集电路以及齿轮泵控制电路的设计,并介绍了基于uC/OS-II操作系统的系统软件设计,最后分析了系统现场调试中的问题及处理。使用证明,该系统稳定可靠,达到工业级的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces ARM-based hot melt adhesive applicator control system,the structure of the system,and analyzes the thermocouple transmitter circuit,multi-channel of Pt100 measurement circuit and the gear pump control circuit design.Also introduces the system software design based on uC/OS-II,analysis the problems and its Solution of the system in the field at last.Used to prove that the system is reliable,up to industrial requirements.
