【Abstract】 For a real"energy-saving and land-conservation"house,it is necessary to tap every link that can save the resources. In this paper,on the basis of the original energy-saving and land-conservation strategy,it is conducted a full range of research on energy-saving design and land-conservation design,re-examined the planning and designing process,proposed energy-saving strategy in group planning,and also put forward the land-conservation measures for monomer design of a building.
