太阳能光伏高温冶炼单元热模拟研究

【摘要】 在钢铁生产伴随着沉重的环境负荷及光伏行业迅速发展的背景下提出了太阳能光伏非碳冶金的概念,并为之自行设计制造了一台实验用装置,称其为概念炉,经反复计算确定了概念炉的基本炉体即高温冶炼单元的结构,通过稳态散热计算和非稳态传热模拟对概念炉工作状况进行了分析和研究。最终确定了合理的炉体结构,保证概念炉炉体能量损失在合理范围内,为太阳能非碳冶金系统高温冶炼单元设计计算提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 On the background of heavy environmental loads in steelmaking production and rapid development in solar photovoltaic industry, the concept of solar photovoltaic non-carbon metallurgy has been put forward. Therefore, a set of experimental equipment called concept-furnace has been designed. The basic structure of concept-furnace body namely high temperature smelting unit was gained by repeated calculation, and its working process was investigated by steady heat dissipation calculation and unsteady thermal simulation. As result an economic and reasonable structure of concept-furnace was gained. It guarantee that the heat loss is in the reasonable range, and it provided the theoretical basis for the design and calculation of electric-thermal conversion unit in solar photovoltaic non-carbon metallurgy.
