MTO背景下基于负荷控制的内生交货期设置方法
Internal Due Date Assignment Approach in an MTO Environment Based on Workload Control
【摘要】 针对按订单生产情境,提出了一种基于负荷控制的订单内生交货期估算方法,在客户询单的时刻,考虑到系统内所有设备的既有负荷(包括已确认负荷和未确认订单的折算负荷),结合订单自身工艺数据来推算订单的投放日期及在各台设备上的通过时间,进而得到订单的预计交货期。通过仿真实验证实,所提出算法相对于传统交货期设置方法更能准确、稳定地估算交货期,以帮助订货生产企业在客户询单阶段获得可靠的交货期数据。
【Abstract】 A real-time due-date assignment method based on workload control was proposed for make-to-order environments facing dynamic order arrivals.When estimating the due date,the proposed method considered the whole workloads in system,included of confirmed orders and converted workload of unconfirmed orders.Simulation experiments were carried out in order to test the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.Experimental results showed that the proposed method outperformed traditional model JIS(Jobs in System) under the WLC background,which is meaningful to MTO environment.
